The Show runs from Wednesday to Friday, and has 125,000+ people through the gates, and this year is lining up to be the best yet – will you be there to compete in the “Let There Be Meat BBQ Competition”?

We will have Whole Hogs cooking, hanging Beef Tomahawks – South Island Style, Crucifix lambs and Low n Slow BBQ – all available for the public to purchase. And of course we have the SCA & NZBA Competition Series. On top of this we are planning BBQ & Butchery Masterclasses, BBQ Expo’s and tastings, BBQ accessories, rubs & Sauces, and of course BBQ’s for sale.

Being involved in a  BBQ Competition is as easy as getting 3-4 mates together, and coming along – so what are you waiting for?

Please place your team name under “order notes”, and how many are competing – for gate entry passes.

WHOLE HOG will be Exhibition ONLY with limited numbers to compete – drawn by Ballot if required. A Whole Hog will be supplied to each of the entered teams. Teams can be formed from mixed teams if you wish. Prize Money will be on offer. No Series points will be awarded.
