TENDER LAMB FROM THE WHOLE LAMB COOKED OVER WOOD FIRE, SERVED WITH FRESHLY BAKED BREAD, MINT AND ROSEMARY JUS, PICKLES AND SLAW.
$15 per head provides bread/slaw, condiments and a choice of meat, either lamb or pork. This could be for small groups (small section of lamb/pig, a loaf of bread and a small container of slaw) or larger groups (multiple loaves of bread, large bowls of slaw and a whole lamb/pig etc)
